The training was conducted in two phases, the first on site at the client's protected gold mining area on the island of Kalimantan in the heart of the Indonesian jungle. The team was trained in mission planning, mission execution, initial data processing using LiDAR, and quality control for data transmission to headquarters in Jakarta. In just three days, the team successfully mastered the material and are now proficient in the skills and knowledge they have acquired.
We then moved to Jakarta on the island of Java, where the head office personnel were trained in the complete data processing workflow using TOPODRONE Post Processing software and LiDAR360. In just two days, our colleagues acquired the necessary skills to work with this software package and performed full data processing of the laser scanning data collected on the island of Kalimantan.
